There's something that happens every day. I think the chickens are my largest worry. I know lots of things about farm life, but zilch about chickens.

Beautiful photos. I can imagine it's hard work but very rewarding to live on a farm. I respect people who have that lifestyle. Very neat you're growing grapes!

haha yes my pleasure! At the very least the chaos is an excellent source of writing inspiration.

What an exhilarating adventure. And how great that you get to go to Bangkok when all the poop is delivered!

Quite a menagerie and farm you have! And it looks like a lot of work has been done already, though of course there's always more to be had. The peaches are gorgeous, and the grapes are striving to be heard. Re honey, in NorCal, there's a lot of star thistle honey (b/c there's a lot of star thistle). It's actually one of my favorites, and herbalists told me that it's good health-wise, against allergies etc. But with bees, they'll decide which their favorite flowers are. Good luck in your endeavor!

I’ve never heard of star thistle honey. I’ll have to see if they have it here.

It's a good one--not too sweet-- and I saw all your star thistle. The CA fields are strewn w/ it as are yours.

There is so much that happens every day, I'm not sure whether to make it factual or fictional to protect the innocent. We have to talk about this in France.

I'm not sure intrepid is the correct word Michael. Given the geese fiasco we've had over the last two days I think insanity is more appropriate.

Let's go with intrepid insanity then!
